Thank you for shopping at EasyFound. We are committed to delivering your orders safely, on time, and with full transparency. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.)
3–5 Business Days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities
5–8 Business Days
Remote / Rural Areas
7–12 Business Days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping cost is included in the product price. There are no hidden shipping fees or extra charges at checkout. What you see is what you pay.

The courier partner is assigned based on your delivery location and product type.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use this ID to track your shipment on the respective courier partner’s website.
7. Receiving Your Order
Important: Please carefully inspect the package and the items at the time of delivery before signing for receipt.
- If the parcel appears damaged or tampered, refuse the delivery OR sign as “Damaged” and contact us on the same day.
- Once the delivery is accepted without any complaint, we will not be liable for damage claims reported later.
8. Bank Holidays & Public Holidays
We do not dispatch or deliver orders on bank holidays or national public holidays. Your order will be processed on the next available working day.
9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address, PIN code, and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order. EasyFound is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer. Re-dispatch charges may apply in such cases.
